Tides rise and fall along the bay, moon shines and dims along the time. They are the metaphors of our memory.
To simulate tide waves and eclipse of the moon, My partner and I designed a particle system in Processing and P5js, added with steering behaviors, which would move and interactive with a flow field behind. The codes of tide and moon are basically the same while the only difference is that some of the particles movements were hidden in moon's code.
For the next step on this project I want to project it on the wall and let people play with the particles via kinect.
